The Italian Favorite is much popular in the rest of the world. But still people do not know how to prepare their darling pastas in a proper way. This recipe will help you hold your chin up in parties and dinners. In fact you do not have to be a full-time chef to prepare this easy and quick dish. What you need is little love for your guests, a dash of confidence that you can make it and a hunger for this delicacy. Follow these steps with its recipe and Voila see the results.

For pasta
1/4 lb (112 grams) dried pasta (penne, spaghetti, rigatoni, fettuccine, macaroni, farfalle, capenelli )
water
salt
Pasta Sauce:
1 can (14 oz. crushed tomato)
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt (add more per taste)
1 tsp sugar

Take a dish and fill it with water. Place the container on the burner. When the water starts boiling, add salt and pasta to it. Stir it occasionally and make sure pasta does not stick to the pan. After boiling for the suggested time mentioned on the packet, take a piece out and check. If it is still hard to bite, leave it on for few more minutes. You can know pasta is ready if you can masticate it and it is firm in the center. Empty the quantity in a sieve or colander. Let the excess water drip down and then pour them back into the dish. Now, toss it up with some vegetable oil. You can prepare pasta sauce and pour it over pastas for a perfect meal.

How to prepare pasta sauce?

Put crushed tomatoes in a pan. Add sugar, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and oregano in the same. Place pan on a stove and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Now add sauce to the boiled pastas. You may strew regular or parmesan cheese for topping. You can also opt for the red crushed pepper for topping.
