
The no-bake Chocolate Cheese Cake Pie is a beginner’s delight. Easy to make with no baking involved, it uses only 5 below mentioned ingredients:
12 ounces of bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
1/4 cup of dark/light corn syrup
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 9-inch hardened crumb crust
Put 12 ounces of chopped bittersweet chocolate, 1/2 cup of the heavy cream and 1/4 cup of corn syrup in metal or heat proof glass bowl and melt it on top of simmering water with frequent stirring.
Beat the remaining cream finely and put in the softened cream cheese. Fold the whipped cream in cooled chocolate mixture with a rubber spatula. Fill in the entire mixture in hardened pie shell, set for 3-4 hours in refrigerator and you are ready for the delicious cake.
