How to Make a Perfect Stake?

Steaks are delicious and so yummy, but to cook a tasty steak is not an easy task to solve, that is why I would like to share with you some tips of cooking really nice meat steak. Please, be so kind and choose the recipe you like on your own, because tastes really differ – however, main cooking and grilling tips are here. My favourite steak is the simplest one – I take a big slice of meat, use salt and pepper, as well as a bit of butter and oil, and cook it over the hottest possible fire.

One more very important issue – choosing the right meat. To my mind it should be with the most marbling I mean visible grains of fat all over the slice. Please, avoid vein steaks they’re too tough. I use a charcoal grill, and start cooking the steaks when the coals turn about halfway white – I never cover my grill with lid, I just think steaks can be stewed otherwise.

The most important rule while making a stake to get the chocolate or even brown crusty exterior and the warm, juicy center.
