Avocado and Cheese Omelette Recipe

If you always busy and your family still loves to have a decent breakfast, then how about trying the following avocado and cheese omelette?

To cook this omelette you will need:

Avocado Omelet

  • eggs (the amount depends on the number of portions you are going to cook
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 Avocado – sliced
  • 1/4 cup Yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red and green bell pepper 
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1 T. Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp. Fresh parsley
  • Salt to season
  • Fresh ground black pepper to season
  • Cheese – any cheese you like

How to cook:

Take peppers and onions and saute them in a small amount of oil, then add cilantro and parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes. Carefully combine eggs and milk. Mix.

Take a pan and put it on a medium heat. Pour your mass, add sliced avocado and top with cheese.
