If you always busy and your family still loves to have a decent breakfast, then how about trying the following avocado and cheese omelette?
To cook this omelette you will need:
- eggs (the amount depends on the number of portions you are going to cook
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 Avocado – sliced
- 1/4 cup Yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 cup Red and green bell pepper
- 1 Jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 1 T. Fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp. Fresh parsley
- Salt to season
- Fresh ground black pepper to season
- Cheese – any cheese you like
How to cook:
Take peppers and onions and saute them in a small amount of oil, then add cilantro and parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes. Carefully combine eggs and milk. Mix.
Take a pan and put it on a medium heat. Pour your mass, add sliced avocado and top with cheese.
