Ginger Tea Recipe

Winter with its harsh winds and cold weather is almost here, so its time to think of warm and inspiring tea recipes that will help you feel relaxed and happy. I highly recommend you to taste the following ginger tea. BTW, this tea is a perfect remedy from nausea, flu and sore throat. Are you ready?

lemon ginger tea recipe

You will need:

  • water, 4 cups
  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger root
  • honey and lemon slice to decorate

    Take the ginger root, peel it and slice it into thin slices. Boil the water in a saucepan. When it boils add the ginger. Cover it and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Add honey and lemon.

  • Bon appetite and ne healthy!
