<p>You will need:</p>
<li>water, 4 cups
<li>2-inch piece of fresh ginger root
<li>honey and lemon slice to decorate
<p>Take the ginger root, peel it and slice it into thin slices. Boil the water in a saucepan. When it boils add the ginger. Cover it and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Add honey and lemon.</p>
