You will need:

<p><strong>You will need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 tablespoon olive oil
<li>2 garlic cloves
<li>wild mushrooms
<li>1/4 cup white wine
<li>salt
<li>pepper
<li>24 slices countrystyle bread, toasted
<li>1 pound fresh salted mozzarella, cut into 24 slices </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>How to cook:</strong></p>
<p>Take sliced bread and make toasts. Top each one with a slice of mozzarella and bake for not more than 5 min, until cheese is melted. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic about 30 seconds, than quickly add chopped mushrooms and sauté for 5 more minutes. Add wine, increase and stir for 5 minutes, mix in salt and pepper. </p>
<p>Put the following mixture on bread slices. </p>

<p><strong>You need:</strong></p>
<p>12 slices of bread<br />120g mature cheddar cheese<br />150g leg ham <br />mustard in seeds<br />cranberry sauce<br />150g sliced turkey <br />100g gruyere Cheese <br />3 eggs<br />40ml milk <br />40ml oil<br />20g butter
<p><strong>How to cook:</strong>
<p>Take a slice of bread and put a slice of turkey over it, top with the cranberry sauce and cheddar cheese. Then make a second layer of bread over the turkey bed, top with ham, mustard and gruyere cheese. And make the last third slice of bread. Now cut sandwich in halves.
<p>Mix the eggs with milk, then carefully heat the oil and butter, dip each sandwich into the egg-milk combination and fry in butter-oil. When both sides are bronze – put in the oven for 5 mins at 180oC.
