<p>To cook this omelette you will need:</p>

<ul>
<li>eggs (the amount depends on the number of portions you are going to cook
<li>1/4 cup of milk
<li>1 Avocado &#8211; sliced
<li>1/4 cup Yellow bell pepper
<li>1/4 cup Red and green bell pepper&nbsp;
<li>1 Jalapeno pepper
<li>1/4 cup Onion
<li>1 T. Fresh cilantro
<li>2 tsp. Fresh parsley
<li>Salt to season
<li>Fresh ground black pepper to season
<li>Cheese – any cheese you like </li>

<p>How to cook:</p>
<p>Take peppers and onions and saute them in a small amount of oil, then add cilantro and parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes. Carefully combine eggs and milk. Mix. </p>
<p>Take a pan and put it on a medium heat. Pour your mass, add sliced avocado and top with cheese. </p>
