Start your day on a healthy note and have a cup of cocktail filled with vitamins, fiber, soy protein and potassium. You will need 5 minutes and …

Morning smoothie

  • 1 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/4 cup frozen berries (forest berries are preferable) 
  • 1/2  cup low-fat tofu, or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

You have to combine all the ingredients: orange juice, banana, berries, tofu and sugar in a blender. Pour the mixture in a glass or cup and serve.
