Since warm times are around the corner I think it is natural to spend more time in park or garden and to be at home only when you have to. Cooking shouldn’t distract you from fresh air and your hobbies, that is why I am here to recommend yout a 10–minute tomato soup:

Soup

You will need:

  • 1 can tomatoes, in juice
  • 1 rib celery,
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • salt and balck pepper
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • lemon juice
  • cream

How to cook:

Take tomatoes out of a can and puree them together with celery and broth in a blender. You should get a mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste, as well as lemon juice and maple syrup. Then stir the whole mixture with cream.

Afterwards place your soup in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. You can put it in a thermos and your child can eat it at school.
