I am a huge fan of big companies and guests, but very often they come without any prior notification and I always make cheese fondue for them. Here is my recipe:

Fondue

You will need:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ground dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 6 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

How to cook:

Despite numerous rumours and misinterpretations, that is the easiest part. Take a medium saucepan, place it over low heat, add all your ingredients (except cheese), mix them together, heat the mixture until almost boiling. Afterwards gradually stir in Cheddar cheese. Heat until all the cheese has melted. Use special fondue dish.
