Who says the world’s tastiest bread is difficult to make? Follow on these quick steps to make delicious bread for a perfect dine-out.

Ingredients Required-

1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts and few more to decorate
1/3 cup poppy seeds (optional)
zest of two lemons (optional)
1/2 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger (optional)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups grated medium-sized zucchini , unpeeled, squeeze out the moisture and then fluff it up again before using
3 cups whole wheat pastry flour or normal flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon curry powder (optional)
2 one pound loaf pans 5×9 inches

Firstly, pre-heat your oven at 350°F. Then smear two loaf pans with butter, sprinkle a pinch of flour and keep them aside. After this, you may use parchment paper for lining the pan and let it hang over the pan for easy removal post baking. Take a bowl and mix walnuts, poppy seeds, lemon zest, and ginger together. Set it aside.

Whip up the butter in a mixer. Then add sugar to the butter and beat well until the mixture looks blended nicely. Put in the eggs one at a time and blend well. Now, add vanilla and then the zucchini.
In another bowl take whole wheat pastry flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, curry powder and blend them well. Add this mixture into the previous one in two turns, keep on stirring between the turns.

Then fold in the walnut, poppy seed, lemon zest, and crystalized ginger mixture by hand. Save its few quantity to strewn over the top of the Zucchini loaves, before baking it. Keep the batter a bit thick and moist. The final step calls for distributing the mixture equally between the two loaf pans.

Keep note of leveling the batter in the pan. Bake it t in oven for 40-45 minutes on the middle oven segment. Remove the bread from oven and let it cool for about ten minutes. Then place them on wire racks to finish cooling because if you will leave them in their pans, it will get sticky and sweaty.

The Italian Favorite is much popular in the rest of the world. But still people do not know how to prepare their darling pastas in a proper way. This recipe will help you hold your chin up in parties and dinners. In fact you do not have to be a full-time chef to prepare this easy and quick dish. What you need is little love for your guests, a dash of confidence that you can make it and a hunger for this delicacy. Follow these steps with its recipe and Voila see the results.

For pasta
1/4 lb (112 grams) dried pasta (penne, spaghetti, rigatoni, fettuccine, macaroni, farfalle, capenelli )
water
salt
Pasta Sauce:
1 can (14 oz. crushed tomato)
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt (add more per taste)
1 tsp sugar

Take a dish and fill it with water. Place the container on the burner. When the water starts boiling, add salt and pasta to it. Stir it occasionally and make sure pasta does not stick to the pan. After boiling for the suggested time mentioned on the packet, take a piece out and check. If it is still hard to bite, leave it on for few more minutes. You can know pasta is ready if you can masticate it and it is firm in the center. Empty the quantity in a sieve or colander. Let the excess water drip down and then pour them back into the dish. Now, toss it up with some vegetable oil. You can prepare pasta sauce and pour it over pastas for a perfect meal.

How to prepare pasta sauce?

Put crushed tomatoes in a pan. Add sugar, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and oregano in the same. Place pan on a stove and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Now add sauce to the boiled pastas. You may strew regular or parmesan cheese for topping. You can also opt for the red crushed pepper for topping.
