The mojito is one of my fav drinks, I love both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions of it. The drink was born in Havana, Cuba and there are numerous variations of it. You can choose the one you like the most but simply remember of the following 5 must-have ingredients: mint, rum, powdered sugar, lime, and club soda.

Morning smoothie

  • 1 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/4 cup frozen berries (forest berries are preferable) 
  • 1/2  cup low-fat tofu, or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

You have to combine all the ingredients: orange juice, banana, berries, tofu and sugar in a blender. Pour the mixture in a glass or cup and serve.
